I'm not much of a moviegoer, I like the occasional romantic and adventure film but most often forget who played in it. Going to the movies is limited to once a year or so, we always promise ourselves to go more often because we really enjoy the evenings out...
One of the movies that had a huge impact on me was 'Himalaya'. A tale about leadership on a hard journey. Ever since I visited Ladakh in 1998 I have a soft spot for the region and the people living there.
My Texture Tuesday photo is not taken in the Himalaya
(no digital photo cameras in 1998 owned by us), however it has the same remote feel over it and Kim Klassen's 'touch of whimsey' brushes go perfect with the theme of the movie.
